June 2008 ~ Rev. Scott was invited to start a weekly Reiki Circle for the residents of Broward House.  The commitment and success of this Reiki Circle has led to him and his students to now be a part of the Broward House wellness program offering spiritual guidance in the forma of Reiki to the residents.

December 1, 2006 ~ Tuesday's Angels, Inc.is a non-profit charity organization that provides emergency funding assistance to men, women and children with HIV/AIDS.  100% of all the dollars received go to clients. Griffin's Loft hosted a fundraiser consisting of a Reiki Circle lead by Rev. Scott Friedman on World AIDS Day.

December 12, 2005 ~ Private fundraiser for Touch A Heart Foundation, a non-profit foundation dedicated to raising funds for less fortunate children in South Florida. Donated Reiki treatments to all participants.

October 1, 2005 ~ Second annual participation in private fundraiser for Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation at the home of Ceci Guerrero, Miami FL.  Coordnated large Reiki Circle with other practitioners to provide Reiki to all guests.

October 1, 2004 ~ Private fundraiser for Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation at the home of Ceci Guerrero, Miami FL.  All participants received free Reiki mini-sessions.

January - March 2004 ~ Hosted weekly Reiki Circle at the Angel's Playground in Weston, FL.

April 2001 ~ Women's AIDS Conference, Fort Lauderdale, FL. - Accepted invitation to participate in conference, providing information and free mini-sessions for participants.

September - November 2001 ~ Center-One, Fort Lauderdale, FL. - Practioner in their wellness program providing Reiki treatments to HIV/AIDS clients.

November 1999 - December 2001 ~ Hosted weekly reiki Circle at home in Miramar, FL.  Published bi-monthly newsletter, Reiki Newtimes.
